Terms and Conditions of Service

Onir Health operates a telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers for evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of alcohol use disorder (AUD) using evidence-based approaches including The Sinclair Method (TSM) and naltrexone pharmacotherapy. Services include:

• Online intake and health assessment.
• Consultations with licensed physicians via Beluga Health.
• Prescription fulfillment through licensed pharmacy partners.
• Ongoing care coordination and patient support.
• Secure patient messaging.

Onir Health is a healthcare services platform — actual medical care, diagnosis, and prescribing is performed by independent licensed physicians through Beluga Health.

• Must be 18 or older.
• U.S. resident in a state where services are available.
• Legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
• Must complete identity verification.
• Not prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.

Services are available in select U.S. states only.

By using our services you consent to:

• Use of electronic communications without an in-person encounter.
• Understanding that internet transmissions carry interception risk.
• Possibility that a provider may determine an in-person visit is necessary.
• Your right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Authorization for Beluga Health physicians to review history, consult, and prescribe.
• Obligation to provide accurate and complete health information.

Federal and state law requires identity verification before telehealth services and prescription dispensing. You must complete our process, which may include government-issued ID and knowledge-based authentication. Failure to complete verification will result in denial or termination of services.

Prescriptions are fulfilled by InnovaHealth, LLC d/b/a InnovaScript, our licensed mail-order pharmacy partner under a Mail Order Services Agreement dated June 22, 2026. Do not share, sell, or transfer prescription medications.

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all account activity.
• Notify support@onirhealth.com immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

Current pricing on the website. Fees charged in advance per billing period (monthly or quarterly).

ZenPayments (powered by Authorize.net), PCI-DSS compliant. You authorize charges to your payment method on file. Failed payment may result in service suspension.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Advance notice will be provided for price changes.

Fees are generally non-refundable. Access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation. Completed consultations are non-refundable. Pharmacy fees are governed by pharmacy policy; prescription medications cannot be returned.

Cancel anytime via account settings or by emailing support@onirhealth.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Medical records are retained as required by law.

Do not:

• Provide false health information.
• Use services unlawfully.
• Obtain prescriptions by fraud.
• Share account credentials.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Use bots or scrapers.
• Harass or abuse any Onir Health employee or clinician.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onir Health, Beluga Health, InnovaHealth LLC d/b/a InnovaScript, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; use of services in violation of law; provision of false health information; or infringement of any third-party right.

Contact support@onirhealth.com first; allow a 30-day resolution attempt before formal filing.

Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in court. IP claims may be brought in court.

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes not subject to arbitration: exclusive jurisdiction in state and federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and/or direct notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time with notice. Sections 13–17 and accrued obligations survive termination.

• No waiver by failure to enforce.
• No assignment without consent.
• Force majeure.
